What to do if I have a complaint?


If you have experienced issues with your order, or have a complaint. Please get in touch with us, so we can sort the issue out for you. You can reach reach us through the Contact Form provided on this site, or through email - info@calmcozychic.com




Do you offer refunds or exchanges?


Calm Cozy Chic understands the complexity of internet shopping and will offer refunds and exchanges (exl shipping costs) if you are not fully happy with your purchase. Please see below, for the information on both Refunds and Exchanges. Refunds To recieve a refund (excl shipping) please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, through email - info@calmcozychic.com to let us know you are returning your item and would like a refund. I will give you more information of where to return your order. Please note, at the moment I cannot offer free shipping costs, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs to the UK. If the item is not returned in it's original condtion, and within 30 days of purchase, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. When a refund is issued into your account, please allow 1 - 30 days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear. We will contact you via email to confirm that payment has been issued. Contact us, if you require more information on this. Exchanges If you would like an exchange, this is not a problem, don't worry. Just contact us within 30 days of your purchase through email - info@calmcozychic.com to let us know you want an exchange and are returning your order. We will give you further instructions, of where to send this back. To receive your exhange, order your chosen items as you would normally. So please be aware that it could take up to 30 days, or even longer, depending on where you live for the product to reach me in the UK. If the product is in a new condition, we will process your refund, for item you wanted to return for exchange. Unfortunately at the moment, I can't offer free shipping cost on returns. For return shipping costs, the buyer will be responsible for sending the product back for a full refund. Please refer to Terms and Conditions section for additional information. Thank you.




What are Custom Charges? Will I get charged for this?


Most items that have been ordered from aboard and arriving into Europe, or around the world may liable to import VAT and Customs duty, depending on your country laws. All of our products at Calm Cozy Chic, are fulfilled and sent from the UK. So you may need to check out the laws of your country, before purchasing, to avoid charges. If Custom Charges do occur, you may receive a card from your shipping carrier, or letter, to explain that your items could not be delivered, due to a pending fee. Instructions of how to pay this, should be on the delivery note, or letter that you that you received through the post. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how much this will be, as this is decided by your own countries laws and regulations, not by me at Calm Cozy Chic. If you are charged with these fees and don't want to pay, that's an individual choice and I realise that. But please be aware, that your items will be returned back to me. I've contacted you how long will it take for a reply?


We aim to get back to customers within twenty minutes - to an hour if we can. If it's not within that time frame, please know that we will get back to you as soon as it's possible, on that day. For quicker results - contact us from Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (UK GMT) or Sat 10.00 am - 12.00 pm (UK GMT) Sundays - Not Available. If you contact us on Sunday's or after 5.00 pm, we will contact you the next working day.

Terms and conditions


Welcome to Calm Cozy Chic! We are so glad to have you here, but have some terms and conditions to outline, whilst you are with us. Accepting the Terms and Conditions By using calmcozychic.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions set out on this site. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms, before placing an order with Calm Cozy Chic. By accepting the terms, you understand and comply with: General * We reserve the right to discountinue products, change designs and collections that are listed at any given time. However, if any part of the design has have been altered, during the time of your purchase, you will still receive the same item design/shape/colour that you chose at the time of your purchase. * We will contact you if there is a problem with your order, or will send updates on products (new product collections) through email. Only if you have requested to join our mailing group, which can be unsubscibed at anytime. Calmcozychic.com will not pass any confidential information onto other parties, that are not involved in helping create your order. As we understand the importance of this and I take your privacy very seriously. - Please refer to our Privacy Policies for further information on this. Pricing and Shipping * The prices displayed on calmcozychic.com include the statutory value Added Tax * Calmcozychic.com ships worldwide from the UK. - Delivery times of your item(s) will vary, depending where you live in the world. Any delays that occur during shippments, are not Calm Cozy Chic's fault and are not responsible of any late deliveries. Orders The ordering options are available to you via calmcozychic.com. Please visit product information or our FAQ Section if further information is required. Once you have placed your order with calmcozychic.com, and you have supplied us with an email address, you will receive email confirmation of your order. If for any reason that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you let you know, as soon as we can. If we have already recieved payment for your order, we will refund you the applicable amount, using the same method used to make the payment. * Your order will be sent to the address given at the time of the order. If your address is incorrect, re-shipment costs may occur. Depending if your item(s) has/have already been shipped. - You will need to contact us as soon as possible (within 24hrs) for address amendments. Cancellations If you decide that you no longer wish to purchase, an item from calmcozychic.com, you have 24hrs from the time of purchase, to cancel your order. Any bank transactions that have been applied, will be refunded using the same method used at the time of your order. We will refund you on the day of cancellation, but please allow up to 7 days for this transaction to appear in your bank account, as some banks have different processing times. Refunds We will gladly give you a full refund, if you do not like your purchase, once we recieve the item in question. Full refunds will only be given within 30 days of the time of your purchase. However, if your item is personalised, or custom made in any shape or form, then we cannot issue a refund for this. Once we receive the item, it must be in an unused and new condition to receive a full refund. As may effect your refund payment. Calm Cozy Chic, however is not responsible for postage costs, to return the item back. Also if damages occur whilst in transportation, this is not our responsilbility and may affect your refund. Please ensure you send back item(s) securely for this reason. We will contact you via email to let you know, that we have received the item that you have send back us. Or contact us, via email, or the contact form on this site and we will help you. Exchanges We gladly will give you an exchange for something else. Please refer to the Help Section in FAQ's for more information on this. Custom Charges International buyers - please beaware of any custom charges you may be responsible for paying. These vary from country to country, therefore calmcozychic.com has no control over this. International orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to reach you, if custom charges occur. Please consider this before purchasing. Colours We do our very best to ensure accurate colour display on our products, including composition. The colour you will see will depend on your own computer colour settings. If in doubt, contact us via email at info@calmcozychic.com, or through our Contact Form and we will help you with the item in question.




Privacy Policy


Data Priviacy is high importance at Calm Cozy Chic and we want to open and clear with the way we process your personal data. Information Calm Cozy Chic collects * To fulfill your order you must provide us with: Your Name, Contact Numbers (just in case we need to contact you regarding your order) Email Adress, Postal Address, Payment Information and the product details you're ordering. Why we need your information and how we use it We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information including: As needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information -

  • To fulfill your order
  • Settle disputes with production (as items are made to order) and shipping delays if they occur
  • To provide customer support
  • Legal matters - If necessary to comply with legal requirements, such as court orders or legal claims. Retaining information about your purchases if required by tax laws
  • As nessary for the purpose of our legitmate interests - such as processing orders, notifying you on your order status. Marketing communciations if you subscribe to us doing so - to inform you of special offers, promotions, new collections and sales
Information and Sharing Disclosure Information about my customers is important to my business at Calm Cozy Chic. I only share your personal information (such as name and address) in very limited circumstances. Service Providers I engage with certain trusted thrid parties, that help me with my business such as, product fulfilment companies and delivery companies. They help with production (as my items are made to order) and shipping your orders out to you. I only share your personal information with these thrid parties, but only to the extent nescessary to perform these services. Compliance with Laws for Tax Purposes I may collect, use, retain and share infomration if I have good reason that it is necessary to:
  • Repond to legal processes, or goverment requests
  • Enforce my agreements, Terms and Policies
  • Prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other legal activity, security, or technical issues
Your Data We keep your personal information at Calm Cozy Chic, only necessary of the length of time determined by law. However, i may also be required to retain this information to comply with disputes. I will retain your data for 4 years, after which will be removed safely. Your Rights If you live in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. These can include: Modifying, Deleting and Restricting You may have rights tio change, restrict and delete your personal information. Unless in exceptional circumstances ( I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request. If you requested to receive future marketing campaigns from us regarding up coming new collections and sales, you can unsubscribe to this, at anytime. Just contact us and we will automatically take you off our mailing list. Complaints If you live in the UK and EU, you have the right to raise a concern about my use of your data. Order Information

When will I receive my order?


All of the products at Calm Cozy Chic are printed to order and are dispatched from the UK. This means that your order, is indivdually printed and fulfilled just for you. Delivery times can take a little longer, than ready to ship products. Depending on your order, this can take around 2 - 7 days to print, fulfill and ship out to you from the UK. Depending on where you live in the world, you should receive your items from 5 - 28 days. If any delays occur whilst your order is being fulfiulled, I will always let you know and keep you updated until your item is ready for shipment. I've received my order and don't like it - can I have a refund or exchange?


I want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. Yes absoloutely, we will issue a refund, or exchange, which ever you prefer. Please refer to the Exchange and Refunds infomation, of this FAQ, under the Help section for guidance.




Will I be able to track my order?


Yes don't worry, you will be sent shipping and tracking information after you order is shipped. In the first instance, you'll receive a confirmation email, just to confirm your purchase and shipping address. Then once your order has been shipped, we will contact you with the relevant information on your estimated delivery times. This also includes tracking information, so you can keep up to date on your order and it's arrival. I've received a custom charge why is that?


Unfortunately, I have no idea if Custom Charges will be issued at the time of your order. As this is decided by your countries laws and regualations. I understand how frustrating this can be. For more information on this, please refer to our Custom Charges page, under the Help section of this FAQ.

Calm Cozy Chic


Welcome to Calm Cozy Chic! The home of all things handmade to give your beautiful home a pop of colour or certain style. To a dash of something that will hopefully brighten your mood, or something that you just like. My name is Emma and I'm the Artist and Designer of all the items on here. I hope you like my website and the products on here. I enjoy every second of desinging to painting, to making things look fresh and unique (as they can) I never imagined that I would be doing something like this, but Calm Cozy Chic has been running since 2016. It intially started as a product of my own therapy, after my Dad died. I struggled mentally, but working with colour really helped me get back to a more comfortable place. If anything..... It certainly gave me hope. After some time of working with my colour, I gave a few pieces of artwork to friends and from there opened my Etsy shop in 2016. My art then grew into adding cushions and designing patterns that would look great either with the artwork, or just on there own. I really enjoy creating products and painting. My family are all Artists too, so from a really young age I knew that being creative was definately something in my genes, regardless of technically I wasn't as good them, that didn't matter. I enjoyed every second of it, even if they were colourful stick men or patches of colour. It was the process and experimentation that I found to be my happiness. That still hasn't changed today!
